Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are a contract between you (or the organisation you represent) and AiDren, a UK sole trader, business address 47 Bengal Street, Ancoats, Manchester, M4 6BB ("AiDren", "we"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

2. The service

AiDren is a proxy service that screens requests to third-party LLM providers for prompt injection, statically scans model files pulled through it for malicious code, and monitors outbound network connections from applications running our worker-agent package. AiDren is a business tool; you must be 18 or over and act in the course of a business or profession to use it.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. During the trial you have full access. When the trial ends, proxy traffic is paused until you start a paid plan — we do not continue to serve requests unprotected or bill you without a plan.

4. Plans, pricing and auto-renewal

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions in GBP:

All paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, for the same period and at the then-current price, unless you cancel first. Payment is taken on the renewal date using your saved payment method.

Renewal reminders. Before a longer plan renews we email you in advance:

• 6-month plan — one reminder, 7 days before the renewal date.
• 12-month plan — two reminders, 14 days and 7 days before the renewal date.

Each reminder tells you the amount, the date it will be taken, and how to cancel.

Prices exclude VAT. AiDren is not currently VAT-registered; if that changes we will give you notice before VAT is added. We may change plan prices, but not during a cycle you have already paid for — we will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. We do not refund unused time on a cycle you have already paid for, except where you have a statutory right to a refund or where required by law. If you are a consumer with a statutory cancellation right, nothing in these terms removes it.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use AiDren to proxy traffic that is unlawful, that breaches the terms of the upstream LLM provider you have connected, or that attempts to attack, overload, circumvent, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the API keys you provide, for the lawfulness of the content you send through the proxy, for your users' activity, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You confirm you are entitled to send that content to the LLM provider you have configured.

8. Availability

We aim to keep AiDren available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and will try to give notice of planned downtime. The free trial is provided with no availability commitment.

9. Security disclaimer

AiDren reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. No security tool catches every threat. AiDren is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and we are not liable for losses arising from a prompt injection, malicious model file, or outbound connection that is not detected, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss.

11. Intellectual property

We own the AiDren service, software, and brand. You keep all rights in your own data and content. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account on notice if you breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if we stop offering the service. On termination your right to use AiDren ends; sections that by their nature should survive (payment owed, liability, IP) continue.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email, and the change takes effect at your next renewal. Continued use after that is acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
