This policy explains how AiDren ("AiDren", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing site aidren.co.uk and the dashboard app.aidren.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to function; others are optional and only set with your consent.

Strictly necessary cookies (no consent needed)

These are set because you asked for a service that cannot work without them. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations they are exempt from consent.

Analytics cookies (only set if you accept)

We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-B96YQW7RYM) to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, which devices they use. We do not use it for advertising and we have not enabled Google Signals or ad personalisation.

The Google Analytics script is not loaded at all until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you accept, Google sets the following cookies:

Google acts as our processor for this data. See Google's cookie information and our Privacy Policy for details of international transfers and retention.

Cookieless analytics (Plausible)

Alongside Google Analytics, we use Plausible Analytics for aggregate page-view and click statistics. Plausible is EU-hosted, sets no cookies, stores no personal data and does not track you across sites or devices. Because it processes no personal data it runs on every visit and needs no consent — there is nothing to accept or reject.

Advertising and conversion-measurement cookies (only set if you accept)

We use the Meta Pixel (pixel ID 914539831377580), provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure the results of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram and to understand which visits lead to a sign-up. If you have accepted, the pixel also lets us build audiences of past visitors so Meta can show our ads to similar people.

The Meta Pixel script is not loaded at all until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you reject, or before you choose, it is never loaded and no pixel cookies are set. If you accept, the following cookies are set:

For pixel data, AiDren and Meta act as joint controllers for the collection and transmission of the event, after which Meta processes it as an independent controller for its own purposes. See Meta's cookie policy, the joint-controller addendum, and our Privacy Policy for international transfers and retention. We have not enabled Advanced Matching, so we do not send Meta your email address or other contact details from these pages.

Changing your choice

You can accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Rejecting stops any further analytics or advertising cookies being set and stops the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel scripts loading; you can also delete existing cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the dashboard working.
